The new gateway building is designed to relate in style and materiality to the Commonwealth Avenue, the adjacent St. Ignatius Church, and the BC campus.

Residential units offer combinations of four-, six-, and eight-bed suites. Each of the six floors has its own study lounge, and common spaces foster a “neighborhood” identity within the building. Hall Director and Resident Minister Apartments, planned within typical suite demising walls, can be easily reconfigured to accommodate changes in program.
