To provide each cancer patient with an optimal overall experience, light-filled infusion rooms are designed to allow family members or guests to comfortably sit beside the patient during treatment. Large spans of glass provide sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.
The waiting area provides flexible space for reading, working on laptops, and watching television. In the educational alcove, public computers enable patients and visitors to access current information on cancer care and treatment options. A large multipurpose room, located just off Main Street, hosts support groups after hours.
The Center includes three distinct cancer care programs, with services organized along a central corridor. The facility is connected to the main hospital via an enclosed passageway.
