The high-bay structure provides flexible lab space, equipment, and offices for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and diversifying companies in close proximity to the research facilities of Cornell University.

We partnered with the Cornell Agriculture & Food Technology Park Corporation to develop a master plan to guide the development of a 375,000 GSF tech park with research laboratory, pilot plant, and community spaces.

Target tenants include commercial businesses related to agriculture, food science, and biotechnology research and development. The project set the standard for future development.
