EYP established a Memorial Leadership Fund to honor the late Edmund Kohlberg's leadership, mentorship, and his ability to recognize and cultivate the potential of those around him. The Fund provides educational and professional development opportunities to EYP employees who display strong character, demonstrate leadership interest and potential, and seek an MBA or similar advanced degree to complement their technical expertise. The Kohlberg Fund supports one scholarship each year, enabling an employee to work part-time while pursuing an advanced degree.
