Director of Engineering

An expert in the design of high-performance systems for large, technology-rich projects, Pete is responsible for advancing technical excellence and innovation across all engineering disciplines: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire protection, security, and energy.  
In addition to his leadership role, Pete assures quality control for particularly complex projects for clients including the US Department of State, US Department of Defense, SUNY Polytechnic Institute, and the University of Michigan.

Pete addresses critical topics of energy efficiency, especially in historic structures, for organizations including NYSERDA, AIA New York State, and the Traditional Building Conference. His engineering achievements have earned two first-place regional ASHRAE Energy Conservation Awards.
