Senior Medical Planner
It’s not business. It’s personal.
My father was a physician. By observing his career, I know the healthcare environment influences how efficiently front-line practitioners balance the varying aspects of their job. Growing up with my father instilled in me a curiosity — to question and search the whys and whats — that continue to serve me as a senior medical planner.
As the wife of an organ transplant patient and the daughter of an elderly mother with dementia, I’ve also experienced how important it is that hospital space accommodate families and provide comfort for patients.
I practice an open-minded approach - listening, engaging, collaborating, and leading our clients into the future of healthcare delivery. Constant reminders of my personal experience combined with takeaways from other projects help me facilitate discussions to advance a strategic plan, establish guiding principles, and build consensus among all stakeholders. I’m here to ensure you consider all the possibilities to maximize your space based on LEAN methodologies and evidence-based design.
I can’t wait to learn from each other and explore together healthcare’s next great design innovations.
