Eric Petersen AIA, LEED AP
Senior Project Architect
As a Senior Project Architect, I get no greater satisfaction than assembling our team and solving intricate project challenges in a timely manner. It’s like when Astronauts say, “Houston, we have a problem,” and the team jumps into action to keep the mission on track. Like all great missions or building projects, the most effective management involves leading a talented team, being prepared, and leaving little to chance.
Active learning throughout my architectural career has kept me at the forefront of building systems integration. Specifically, I have a passion for building envelope technology. Through organizations like IIBEC (International Institute of Building Envelope Consultants), I’ve built extensive learned and applied knowledge, keeping up with the latest research in water and vapor control that could impact roofing, wall systems, or foundations in building envelopes.
What are you looking for in a Project Architect? I suspect you’d like a team leader to solve complex project issues and keep the project on time and budget. With 30 years of experience guiding teams and projects to successful conclusions in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Public and Private buildings, I’m ready to get the job done right.
