As a Project Manager, I’ve adopted the Servant Leadership approach to engaging a project team and earning your trust and respect. We ask our clients to make hundreds of decisions they’ve probably never had to make before. As a registered Architect in 16 states and a Certified Healthcare Architect by the American College of Healthcare Architects, I understand how difficult these decisions can be and the impact our choices have on patients and staff. These decisions are also the key to keeping a project on budget and schedule. As your trusted advisor, I’ll help you be informed and foster a result-oriented and collaborative relationship.
As a leader, I believe it’s important to mentor, empower, and encourage the project team as a colleague. We – the design team, contractor, and engineers – are responsible for holding each other accountable and discovering and implementing processes that improve the team’s effectiveness and productivity to serve you better.
