For more than 25 years, I’ve focused on solving the challenges that come up during the design and building process. I have experience in all three sides of the client-builder-designer triangle, but it quickly became apparent that my passion was helping design firms manage the time, quality, and budget opportunities we all face.

As Director of Operations, I help a network of professionals deliver successful projects while assuring we uphold the firm’s financial, quality, and people-centered standards. My goal is to help the firm responsibly operate and grow, leading to fulfilling and rewarding careers at EYP.
