Troy Leonard AIA, LEED AP
Project Director, Special Projects Studio
I love a good puzzle! Every project has a host of goals, variables, and constraints thoughtfully balanced for the perfect solution. The most rewarding aspect of my career is helping clients adapt their built environment to accommodate new requirements.
Over the course of 25 years, my experience as an architect at Harvard and Northeastern University has provided the foundation for effective leadership, project management, space planning, and operational coordination. Building off this experience and a passion for the “summer slammer,” I now lead EYP’s Special Projects Studio. We are an integrated and specialized group of architects, engineers, and designers focused on smaller, fast-paced projects for our Higher Ed, S&T, and Government clients across the east coast.
Working on a renovation project allows me to walk the existing spaces in your shoes, understand your challenges, and dream of ways to make the environment more functional, fresh, and exciting. Making that dream a reality by partnering with client groups and construction teams is extremely satisfying.
