Dallas Managing Principal and Project Director Cody Cartusciello, AIA; Houston Project Manager Danny Kelley, AIA, and Houston Senior Designer Jonas Risén, AIA, have been named to the AIA's  inaugural leadership development program – the AIA Leadership Academy.

Of the 28 spots available in the Academy, three were awarded to EYP staff for their good standing, licensure, and extensive  experience working in the architecture industry.

Designed for architects poised for the next level of accomplishment in firm, professional, and community leadership, the three-year program teaches critical skills necessary to grow business, lead change and innovation, empower and engage people, and create immediate impact.

The fact that participants are given the opportunity to engage with leaders within the architecture industry and outside business experts drew me to apply to this program
