Albany

The capital of NY State, Albany serves as a gateway to grand expeditions in the Adirondacks or on the Hudson Valley river. We’re attracted to bigger and bolder, so our integrated AE office pursues opportunities that challenge and inspire. We get excited about designing and securing an embassy, engineering a net-zero research facility, and building a mammoth bed tower for a major university. Join us for your next big adventure.

Albany Hike

Albany Takes a Winter Hike

EYP Albany team members braved brisk, mid-February weather for a group hike along the Peebles Island Perimeter Trail in Waterford, New York. Despite having to some icy patches of path, the bright sun and blanket of ground snow made it a beautiful day to enjoy the two-mile loop, which that took the intrepid hikers through open fields and forests, and along cliffs and river rapids.

Fighting Hunger in the Capital Region

Participating in CANstruction for the past ten years and counting has provided EYP a platform for stretching the limits of what design can do for our community. Together, we CAN end hunger in the Capital Region!

Albany Masks Up and Gives Back

We made our way to Hoosick Falls, NY, to volunteer for the Hoosick Falls Church Association Food Pantry’s annual Thanksgiving Drive for the second consecutive year. This year took on a new, COVID-friendly format where community members pulled up in their cars and volunteers loaded their trunks with Thanksgiving boxes filled with holiday essentials. In all, 204 families consisting of 698 adults and 394 children benefited from this year’s Thanksgiving Distribution.
