The Campus Master Plan supports and advances its mission and current strategic initiatives and perpetuates sustainability in every sense. The plan guides near-term improvements through the next decade and sets the direction for long-term campus development for the years beyond. The Master Plan’s proposals are gauged to enhance the unique architectural and landscape character of the campus, while supporting changes required by the evolution of curricular and co-curricular programs.

The creation of additional classrooms will alleviate the over-scheduling of instructional spaces, and cyclical building renewal shapes the agenda for capital projects. These include redesign and renewal of several existing buildings to bolster the academic strengths of the College. Ivers and Jones Halls, which house science teaching and research, will be renewed and expanded; the new School of Business will be accommodated in a wholly redesigned and reconfigured building; and the College Library will be reinvented as a Twenty First Century study and learning venue.
